By accessing our SA:MP and MTA development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

All custom scripts, gamemodes, and features developed for your server remain your property after full payment. However, we retain the right to use generic code solutions in future projects.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary solutions. Distribution or resale of our custom scripts without authorization is strictly prohibited.

Payment terms are project-specific and will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a 50% upfront deposit for custom development projects, with the remainder due upon completion.

Development timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and requirements. We commit to regular updates and transparent communication throughout the development process.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or us.

Our services are provided 'as is' without any warranty. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

We may perform scheduled maintenance on our services. While we strive to minimize disruption, we are not liable for any temporary service interruptions during these maintenance periods.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
